How do I access Whisper premium?

Sign up for any of our premium shows or our entire network bundle with this link ⬇️

Select the plan you want: individual show or network bundle. Then decide whether you wish to pay monthly or annual (please note there is a discount for annual subscribers).

Note: If you plan to use Spotify to listen to our premium content, make sure you sign up with Supercast using the same email address as your Spotify account.

Once you sign up through Supercast with the link above, you’ll receive an email from Supercast that will provide instructions on how to import the premium podcast into any podcast player. If you don’t see that email within a few minutes after signing up, be sure to check your spam folder.

Can I subscribe via Apple Podcasts?

Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Gift a Whisper.fm subscription

Once you complete your purchase of the gift, the person you bought it for will receive an email from Supercast that will provide instructions on how to import the premium podcast into any podcast player. If they receive that email, be sure to have them check their spam folder. And if it’s not in their spam folder either, send a message to us at https://whisper.fm/contact-form/ and we shall get back to you as quickly as we can.

Please note there is a discount for annual subscribers.

Can I upgrade my subscription from a single show to the network bundle?

Yes. If you are subscribed through Supercast, their instructions on how to upgrade or change your Supercast account can be found here: https://support.supercast.com/article/51-managing-your-subscriptions

If you are subscribed through Apple Podcasts, you already have the network bundle as there is only one package option.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are sorry you wish to leave the subscription. We’d love to receive your detailed feedback in a message to https://whisper.fm/contact-form/

If you subscribed via Supercast, go to https://www.supercast.com/

  1. Click the link to login and fill in your username and password.
    Note: If you are unable to login to Supercast, then search your email (and spam) for any emails you received from Supercast. If you never received an email from Supercast, then you did not subscribe via Supercast. Please look at the instructions below under “I’m not sure how I subscribed. 
  2. Once logged in, select the podcast that you want to cancel. Under Subscriptions, click the button to Change / Cancel. Confirm cancellation and fill out the survey letting us know why you’re leaving. More instructions on managing your Supercast account can be found here: https://support.supercast.com/article/51-managing-your-subscriptions

I subscribed directly in Apple Podcasts.

    1. Follow Apple’s instructions on this linked page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428
    2. If you are subscribed to Whisper through Apple Podcasts, you will see the Whisper Premium Apple Podcasts Channel listed as one of your Active subscriptions. [Note: If you do not see this subscription listed as Active, then you are not currently subscribed. If you do not see this subscription listed anywhere (active or inactive), then you are not subscribed in this way. Proceed to instructions for “I’m not sure how I subscribed.”
    3. Click on Whisper Premium. Then tap Cancel Subscription, and tap again to confirm the cancellation.
    4. When you have unsubscribed, on your Subscription page it will show the expiration date of your Whisper.fm Premium Apple Podcast Channel subscription.

      When unsubscribed, you will see the expiration date.

      I’m not sure how I subscribed.

      1. Search your email (and spam folder) for “Supercast” and see if any emails show up regarding your subscription with one of our podcasts or network bundle. If so, then you are subscribed via Supercast (see instructions on how to cancel above ⬆️ ). If no, then move to #2.
      2. If you made it this far, then chances are you subscribed directly in Apple Podcasts. Follow the instructions above to see if you have an active subscription through Apple.
      3. If you still can’t figure it out, no worries. Just send us a message at https://whisper.fm/contact-form/ and we will help you sort it out!

I am a premium supporter, and I’m having an issue with my subscription.

How did you subscribe?

  • I subscribed via Supercast.
    1. In Supercast, you can manage your subscription in various ways:
      1. Cancel your subscription
      2. Update payment method
      3. Re-import your feed if it’s not working properly, or import it into another podcast player.
      4. Change your subscription package (e.g., go from monthly to annual plan, add another show, or move to the full network bundle).
    2. Instructions on managing all of these aspects of your Supercast account can be found here: https://support.supercast.com/article/51-managing-your-subscriptions
    3. Note: If you are unable to login to Supercast, then search your email (and spam) for any emails you received from Supercast. If you never received an email from Supercast, then you did not subscribe via Supercast. Please look at the instructions below under “I’m not sure how I subscribed.”
    4. If you are still having an issue, send us a message at https://whisper.fm/contact-form/ and we will assist you as soon as possible.
  • I subscribed directly in Apple Podcasts.
    Unfortunately, we have no ability to help you manage your Apple Podcasts subscription. All Apple subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can Contact Apple Support here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232
  • We recommend first confirming that you are subscribed through Apple with the following steps:

 

    1. On your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc.), click on the App Store icon.
    2. In the App Store, click on the Profile icon.
    3. Click on Subscriptions.
    4. If you are subscribed through Apple Podcasts, you will see the Whisper Premium Apple Podcasts Channel listed as one of your Active subscriptions. If you do not see this subscription listed as Active, then you are not currently subscribed. If you do not see this subscription listed anywhere (active or inactive), then you are not subscribed in this way. Proceed to instructions for “I’m not sure how I subscribed.”

How can I inquire about sponsoring / advertising on a show?

Please write to us at https://whisper.fm/contact-form/  detailing which show(s) you would like to advertise on; what product/service you would like to advertise; and your projected budget.

Does premium work on a smart speaker like Amazon Echo or Google Home?

Although smart speakers typically don’t allow for automatic playback of private podcast feeds like our premium channels, you can play an episode from a compatible app on your phone or tablet and have it play through your smart speaker by connecting your phone/tablet to the smart speaker via Bluetooth.
